PFLAG of Bloomington Normal is a support, education, and advocacy group for
family and friends gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender people Our
chapter alternates between sessions with speakers and support meetings.
Our goal is to help loved ones of GLBT folks come to terms with their issues,
and to develop positive, supportive relationships. Further we seek to
educate the public about GLBT issues and advocate for GLBT rights and
protections.

The Prairiemen are a group of bears, levi and leather men that meet once a month
at a local
host bar in central IL. The group started as a
group of bears getting together in Champaign
in 2003 and now contains more than 200 members.
The mission of the Rainbow Youth Group (RYG) is to provide Gay, Lesbian,
Bisexual and Transgender youth and their allies a safe place for support in
growing and advocacy while providing a place to socialize.
